EDIT: to set the record straight, it is common knowledge that Iraq has been manufacturing WMD for decades and that the US has been funding these operations, first and foremost for political reasons (as is the case with Israel), so whatever is stated in this article is undisputed information, no matter what the source is!
reagan may have been a 'good' president out of the lot, with firm beliefs; he may have done some good things like tearing down the Iron Curtain, but you cannot forget that he also served as the puppet for his personal advisors ... such as powell, and cheney & co. [i.e. the infamous Iran-Contra Case]; - this so-called 'puppetry' is to date still present, slumbering away like a malign tumour even in today's admin, - with GWB as the main muppet!

Seriously ppl...let the Reagan thing go....He's dead. No pres ever satisfied 100% of the ppl. imo I think Reagan was just a puppet. I mean, what does an actor have to do with politics really. If your a true politicae then you would never make a sidemove for acting. No? So they needed someone who looked like a pres and he fit the bill...Bush needed to complete some covert things and could not run for the election. Did you know that Reagan asked President Ford to be Vice Pres and Ford turned him down...but recommended...guess who.......el presidente buch. That's why bush became the vp for USA...not because he was 1st pick. Reagan didn't trust him and that's why he banished him to be embassador to Hong Kong for a while..(the chinese didn't like him either...they excluded him from everything). If anyone should go to hell I'll bet you get lots of votes for the Bush family. |
