LOL at all you pimps here to pick up chicks. Boys, are so bad. I did meet my husband on the internet though!
I joined this site soon after finding the track id posts. I am always asking people "what was that track?!"
Hopefully I will meet some nice locals! I am also looking to see what is going on down in FL 25th-4th. |

| i found it from downloading trance off napster,.. saw tranceaddct.com and since i didnt know too much info i wanted to jump in the spam type threads,... i found the PPR in late December and the rest is history.... |

| First discovered TA from downloading from napster among other programs just like all of you freeloaders. :D Noticed one of the songs had tranceaddict.com attached to it so decided to check it out. Thought it was just the coolest site because people rated trance tracks and free downloads of course. I didn't even realize there was a forum section until recently mainly due to all the uncontrollable music downloading when I arrive at this site. Started reading the forums and saw that there was a FLTA forum. I quickly noticed that this was a good place to find out about parties and meet people who love trance. I haven't met too many TAs yet but I've only been to one party so far since joining TA this year. I'm planning on attending many more so perhaps I will get to meet more of you guys. :) |

I joined in early 04 but i had been reading through the forums back towards the end of 03. My friend Chris and I would look up tracklistings from essential mixes and ASOT's in the track requests/listings section. I joined mainly because I needed to tell Leeann that i was going to come meet up with everyone for the Armin Van Buuren pre-party! Other factors that contributed were because this place is just the best place on the net for all trance party info. If there's anything going on anywhere, its on TA!!! And if you're a TA from the US, you could go to Sydney and hook up with the TA's down under no problem. That is why i love this community so much.
But the main thing is what kept me posting: the ATLTA's are awesome and I really do enjoy partying with everyone. I just wish i could make it to more of the after parties!
Liquified just needs to stop throwing parties on Wednesday nights...ugggh... (hint hint hint) |

Hehe Sorry Damon, I've been to lazy to answer this before. :D
I joined TA forever ago after downloading a set (Actually, I think it was Tiesto @ Magik 6). It took me a long ass time to get the guts to meet anyone... finally I drove to BFE (James' house) Arturo met me at the door with a huge hug, I sat on the couch and could barely speak, got a ticket going home and Phil drove right by me. Since then, I couldn't imagine this past year without my FLTAs, and I made a new group of friends... the ATLTAs, and hopefully, maybe I'll make a third group of friends pretty soon.
There have been some memorable times... like Fred almost busting the speakers at James' house... Hope sleeping through the whole cop ordeal.. Phil, Suey and I smokin' next to a cop on the way to Miami, getting to the Miami airport, turning around and driving to Arturo's, only to turn RIGHT BACK AROUND and go to the airport to pick up Bo and Dom!!! There was "I won!" "This is the bowl that never ends" when Phil, Greg, Cyn and I drove up to ATL for a HOUSE party, that had a freaking moonwalk!! Can't forget my last FLTA party where I got my own cake!! I've seen shows with you guys, and bonded with you guys.
It's amazing how some of you have become my closest friends in this past year. |

Let's seee the reason i joined TA??
it can pretty much be summed up in one word, ULTRA !!!!!!
now i have heard people say they had life changing experiences, but i never really believed them. but after i went to ultra i have to say it totally changed my life. i left that night a totally different person. i have always liked trance, living here in maimi it is hard to ignore. but i never understood it,like the way you guys. after seeing all of those amazing Djs put on a hell of a show i was blown away. it totally changed the way i listen to music, and just the way i look at things. i never thought that music could do that to anyone.
well as soon as i got home, i went online and wanted to learn as much as i could about trance. i started downloading everything i could find. and after a couple of months i was lookign for any live tiesto sets and TA came up. i downloaded what i could. but i wanted to ssee if there was anyone in my area who could help me learn as much as i could about trance. so i found and jioned this forum.
now i am pretty new here, but i check this forum everyday a few times a day. and all of sound like really awsome people. you crack the funniest jokes and, i have learned so much just from reading your posts, i have found so many songs that i would have never found by myself.
i hope i get to finally meet you guys one day. till then , thank you and take care.
hopefully see some of you on sunday. |

| It's definitely Ferry's fault... the Flying Dutchman definitely got the FLTA crew into form after HOB in November... I also blame it on chemistry. Either way, Acosta got me hooked... so maybe it's his fault. |
