i am addicted to curry. it is pretty new to me and i have only tried it in thai food. last nite i made a curry stir fry with chicken, veggies, coconut milk, some ginger, garlic and onions and i used red curry powder that i found in the supermarkt (couldnt find the paste :(). it came out delicious.
anyone else love curry, and cooks it often? |

| Curry rocks hardcore, usually just use the premade paste stuff to make it cause I'm lazy. Mmmm. |

That's some curried seafood...it's often served with rice or noodles (though usually the noodles are bright yellow) and can be any viscosity from thick to thin. It is usually some degree of spicy, too.
I think the stuff you're thinking of is couscous. |

| I love it! I had one a few days ago infact. Really nice and spicy, with a couple of Chapatis, and a bottle of smirnof ice. It's one of my favourite meals. My mum cooks a fantastic curry. I can't though because i'm a bit at cooking. :eek: |

| ive only had it once and it was great. i think it was called beef panang. it was at some Thai place that my boss took me to. it came in like this soup bowl filled with the sauce and there were chunks of beef in it. it was really spicy too. |
