Yeh heard that as well. The guy had a t-shirt on that said "Jules can't mix" and kept pestering Jules relentlessly, so in the end Jules got so pissed that he punched him in the face. He made a public apology later I think.

Haha this thread is really interesting. I think Jules's punch was kind of justified... Tiesto's deal was just really arrogant.

Not really storming off stage... but I remember a story about the KLF. The duo were playing in a Dutch club before they were big and half-way through their performance they decided to start selling the equipment to the crowd, before destroying one of the turntables. They were banned from the club, surprisingly enough.

Yeah well i guess if the other dj just asked if he was all done, things wouldn't have happened the way they did :)

I'd be pissed too if i was giving the crowd what it wants and all of a sudden another "lesser" dj starts unplugging my headphones. No offense to the other dj, but when Tiesto is playing at a club and he spins longer than he was planning to, you should let him do his job imo. That's giving people more than what they came for :)

And at least he threw his headphones in the crowd, as a way to say goodbye. What else did you expect? I don't get it :)

I witnessed George Acosta storm off midway through his first track. Later we found out it was because he was so pissed at how ty the sound was and he would just not stand for it. 4 other headliners at this same party didn't show so that should give you an idea of how ty everything was. It all my years of partying, that party goes down as the worst disaster. Everything went wrong.

One other time, PVD almost walked off because the decks were not high enough for him. People were freakin out all over the place to find some blocks to boost it up which they eventually found and he started his set late.

its called humility. something that people need especially when they are as famous as tiesto. if you don't know what that means. look it up in the dictionary.

apparantly Tiesto walked out at the Roxy last year in NY. Noel Sanger had to come back on. Dont know the reason why. Anyone here know why he left?

because his mixing was horrible the whole night.. and he blamed it on the mixer.. funny thing is, noel sanger took over and had no trouble using the mixer and did a great job...

I heard Armin Van Buuren broke a nail and threw a hissy fit once while transitioning from Super 8 - Alba to Solid Globe - Sahara.
