Cool. Just wanted to know because a lot of people post their mixes but it'd be good to know how many get the chance to perform for a wider audience.

Noooooo

DJ Autobeatmix!

You'd be better off buying cheap Numark/Pioneer CD separates and a mixer!

well wats bad about this thing?

Well if you're serious about doing it and want to play at proper venues, for a start they won't have one of them. You're more likely to find this at your social club.

Another is that when you start out you shouldn't have something that practically beatmatches it for you. It's ok if you have that facility when you can do it but when you start out you'll get frustrated and use the facility to make it sound good. Hence not learning how to beatmatch properly. You will become reliant on it.

Also the idea of CD decks is that you can adjust manually. With this you have to hold down a bloody fast forward type button which is just like a cd player.

In fact thats all it is. A CD player with pitch control.

I'd instead buy 2 cdj 100's (for that price range) and a low budget 2 channel mixer with EQ control. That way you'll get to grips with the actual art of DJing.

Also as a side note, if you're thinking of getting CD's so that you can rip your MP3s on to them, (like i thought I would) as soon as you play with the vinyl, you WILL want some turntables. I've still yet to buy my CDJ1000!

Would be a good idea. Ask fellow DJ's what they think also. If this is as far as you want to take it then go for it. But if not I'd say stay away.

Also just give me a shout if you need anything.
