i know for a fact that is why im buying it gumble, whats your point? Are you of the opinion that the pitch wouldnt hold true for long and boring progressive mixes? :)

I just want to know if it can do the BPM count, cos I can't DJ without it:haha: :haha: :haha: :haha: :haha:

I really don't think this is to be taken as anything more than a toy.

I've seen a few of these sort of products (Hercules has released one and there is also the DJM's) and all of them lack the basic functionality that you would expect to see for the price.

Personally I wouldn't imagine it would serve much of a purpose short of some (really) amature home use or maybe for a house party (house as in the place you live. not the genre).

But then again.. if this is all you want to gain out of it. then go for it I spose. It is after all much cheaper than a pair of decks and a mixer.

its only symbolic if you do it off the vinyl/cds though so this is really a moot point. Plus cds spin much faster than vinyls so the fine china would be all over the place.

Really you just need some girl with no self respect and do it off of her . Therefore in summation, drug use is still possible with this excellent piece of equipment.

ps: Beemer, OMG BLUELIGHTBLUELIGHT!!! OMG

Bmp counter is Beats-Per-Minute counter... makes it easier to match the tempo of the track you're going to mix. (Rather than having to do it by ear)

*edit* I'm lookin at the photo of it.. I'm not seeing any bmp readout
gumble
is tempo speed?

G`Dave
