Tempo is speed.

The speed is BPM.. they are the same thing.. when talking about a track, speed is measured in BPM.
Tempo is generally speed but is a looser term. People can talk about the tempo of the music in genre's (Given that most music of a single genre is at a similar speed. Makes it easy to mix tracks of the same genre.)
I'm not sure what speeds translate to what genre's but I'm sure its not hard to find a list somewhere. |

haha i seen these in big w today
thought it was the funniest thing ever. Still had to have a play though :P
seriously, for $198 its probably better than those "homemix" systems that lightsounds sells lol
if you were just after something for the kids to play on so they dont touch your cdj1000s then its a 2 thumbs up hehe
just as a side note, they had them playing a hed kandi cd when i went in, people were amazed at what "it was doing"
