I don't get what they mean by

umm, no, this cloak is hard to see.
I saw this thing in action on tv, it's pretty good, but honestly nowhere near real camouflage. |

Read the bit I quoted :)
A cloak could be bright yellow with "THIS IS A CLOAK" written on the back, but if I stole a banana and put it underneath you still wouldn't be able to see it. |
