Ok, I'm in the market for a new mixer in the next couple months, and I have been keeping my eye on the Denon (I know Elcer is awesome, but I'll explain why I was going for the Denon in a sec), anyway, it looked awesome had good features, and I thought that Denon was gonna produce something ace, at the same time I been keeping my eye on the Ecler, and being a big fan of theres and always wanting a Smac40, when they brought out the Nuo5, I thought I died and went to DJ heaven, well then I saw a quote for the price, and it looked like it was gona be close to 2 grand Canadian, so I thought I'd stick to the Denon since it was around 1200 Canadian, BUT I just saw on a www.djmr.com that they are selling the Ecler for 1260 CDN and I'm sure I can get it cheaper than what DJMR quote, so now I am in DJ heaven, and just wanted to ask fellow DJs, between the 2, and being the same price, which would you go for and why?, I'm sure I will be sticking to the Ecler, they are an awesome company (not bashing Denon, there good to), but thought it would be good to hear some opinions.
Oh and does anybody know of any other Canadian sites that sell DJ equipment?, I know about Axemusic, but they ain't advertising yet. |

| Ecler looks completely ing amazing but I'd rather have the Denon for a couple reasons; 1) The Ecler doesn't have volume meters for each individual channel (hardly matters when you have the PFL thingy but it might complicate 3 deck+ mixing) 2) I want to rack my X1500 (cuz I'm a mobile DJ) and it doesn't look like you'll be able to do that with the Ecler 3) I'd rather have the digital effects read out that the X1500 has, I think it looks a bit easier to tell which effect is which. Just my two cents :o |

I've never heard of or seen Vecler before... that's a fancy ass mixer up there ^^^ :O
Could anyone tell me how they compare in quality to a Allen&Heath mixer? CUz considering he price, I may go for this one instead of the Xone92. |

| Wow this mixer looks very mint. I'd love to see a comparision between this mixer, allen & heath xone:92, tascam x-9 and the denon. |

Wow, thanx for the link Chex. I listened to its effects on the sample mp3 it posted and man... Sounds like you get lots for your moneys worth. A perfect alternative to the Xone92 i think.
And btw, does anyone know any other mixers that have full cuts on their EQs? Like literally no sound playin when all the knobs are turned down? |
