i agree.
He was my favourite player up until when I heard this. he should be sent home.
I have given up hope of Italy winning now. I've even given up hope of them getting out the group stages. Without totti we have no play maker.
Oh well, until world cup 2006.

this type of offence bears a larger penalty than just 3 matches! it will be 6-8 matches plus a fine (totti's pocket money :rolleyes: )
italy are ed for this tourney. crap tactics, new captain (cannavaro i recon is a bad choice and feeling pressure) del piero is a shadow of his former self (only in due to fan pressure) so no replacement for totti really. del is on the left and camronesi keeps cutting in rather than run up the wing. get pirlo and gattuso on in midfield and put someone decent to partner vieri (not cassano hes too much of a liability) get di vaio.
the whole team that trapattoni has picked a really crap squad to take to portugal. no left midfield at all!! only camronesi and zambrotta are right midfielders zambrotta needs to fill the empty zoid in left back and camronesi has a bad habit of cutting inside...so no right midfield either!! as for tacticts go back to the way italy have played for years its alot more effective for them than this adventuris crap. just make sure you finish off teams rather than go total defencive once ahead.
i still love italy and will suport them through think and thin. |
