Hey I'm just answering his qeustion :)
But just for the record I don't mind seeing nice girls around -- not the ones dancing on stage at Tiesto kind that's just stupid lol...but yeah :) Besides girls that listen to that music are few and far between so seeing girls at events like that is wicked for me ;)

You're right, what the hell was i thinking? From now on, i'm gonna stop meeting and dancing with women and start standing there and watching them with hungry eyes like 98% of the other guys.

Why is that? :(

Cause girls in north america are all into hip hop and reggae and other crap like that

Yup, I agree. There is not many of us out there. And if they end up listening to this kind of music it usually doesn't get further than PVD, Tiesto or some other trance Dj. Techno and progressive, pfft forget about it.

I have been to Viva a few times on fridays mainly because Mark spins there from 4 - 7, but never on a special event...The 1st time I went there which was summer last year..I remember bouncer asking my friend "What are u guys doing here"..:eyes:..even though we are asians but non oriental..so we thought we will have to face some form of discrimination inside..But we didn't..It was just that one stupid guy on the gate who was being a jerk...
The only thing is because the club is filled with so many people from one community makes u feel a lil out of place and even if there is one odd person staring at you...one feels that everybody is, which is not true...the crowd as i have seen on a friday night is comprised off young ppl not to mention a few underage as well as old ppl...bit similar to what one comes across at Guv but on a much larger scale..
The sound system at Viva is quite exceptional for a small club..If you are there to have fun and enjoy the music...U will have an amazing time....Out off all the times that I went, can't recall even one bad experience....The only thing that annoys me a lil is it starts to empty out around 6 and by the time place closes , u might be the only one left...but who cares as long as one had a good time

Hope this helps

i have no problems when i go to viva with my "white", "indian" and "spanish" friends.. we go there jus for the music.. and dont let anything bother us! i think u would only get bad looks if u look at them awkwardly, like ur analyzing or judging them, so their only giving back what u give to them. If their sittin on the floor trippin out.. move somewhere else.. its simple! Why are soo many asians in the trance/rave scene?? when i went bak home to vietnam last month, i went to many of the clubs down there, and all they play is trance, house, and techno! So its their music too!! guess they like taking their drugs to enhance their experience.
