here's your pvd-related poll. quite simple...
which of the big three trance DJs brought it to u? and the night overall? april thru june...
pvd for me... i thought he just brought it for everyone. armin kinda disappointed me in april. he's been better in ny :) and tiesto at avalon... tiesto was all right, avalon just made it worse, sorry... |

| Anyone who went to both Tiesto and PvD and still votes for Tiesto is insane in my opinion, but then again its just that, an opinion. I wasn't able to make it to Armin so I can't comment on that, but SS blew Tiesto at Avalon out of the water |

P-V-D hands down...not only did he play harder and didnt repeat much, the whole event was like nothing else ive ever experienced. how can nething else compare? I didnt go to tiesto and AVB in April kinda disappointed me...but im willing to give him another chance at Central Park...esp. if they mite do the lasers like they did for Summerstage (SIIICK)

pvd - summerstage/spirit > armin > tiesto
pvd by a huuuuuge margin...
i prob would have put tiesto in 2nd but the horrible crowd and messed up turntable made it a lot harder to enjoy. im also basing this on armin in boston (5/28/04) since i couldnt make it to his roxy set, imo that was a great performance armin. |

Oh PLEASE man, you honestly HONESTLY think that they'd let the number 1 dj be put on the spotlight like that? lol sorry but for me it goes like this

yeah seriously man, is this even worth asking? there is NO possible way that tiesto compared to pvd, i mean just read everyones post about pvd @ cp and tiesto @avalon, actually make a thread with a poll asking what review looks better lol. There is NO WAY that the night can be done again.... that's why it was such a perfect night. |

he's absolutely right there's no way this nite can ever again be replicated...it was absolutely mint......
the sound up front, lazers, balls, Choons, PVD workign the crowd, people, atmosphere, puddles and rain rain rain
4/5 times i've seen pvd in nyc this one will always stand out...

Ya I feel same way. I havent experience trance events like most of you (im only 16)but that night was one I will never forget.
