| yeah i like this, the one thing im not too keen on is the clap, and thats just personal taste, and in fact, i do like the sound...i just think it could do with some reverb. i think the synth that starts after the break is a bit solitary and i personally dont like the phase effect on it but thats just personal taste to be honest. very good for first track on reason. keep it up mate, kick and bass - wicked. :) nice one |

nice pads :), intro riff with bass chord progression is nice man!
not sure about the kick, it so hardstyle trance kick.
break is really nice!!!!
ah a flanged lead, melody is really awesome.
fx is sweet.
i don't think the mixing is 100% good yet, but am listening on headphones, mite blast it tomrrow out loud to see if there are any mixing errors.
i love people that produce on Reason like this , proofs how powerfull reason is, (THAT IS IF you didn't rewire with this track).

maybe put more reverb or delay on the first FX because it actually makes the drums sound a bit dry at the beginning.
kick is indeed something to get used to. sounds a bit cheap and "hollow", is there a lil reverb on it ? :conf:
strings sound fine :) bassline could need a very little EQing, but it sounds alright :)
the FX in the middle/approaching part sound quite well placed, except you could pan em a little more to the middle (let's say instead of 128 to the left more like 60 to the left).
melody part coming in...sounds cool...indeed :D
not sure about the bongo thingys..maybe a lil delay on em ? buildup comes a bit sudden. i dunno, maybe u should leave the strings after the buildup and let em go later.
but sounds quite alright for yer first reason tune :) |

I have to say, this is a really great tune you have here! I don't hear anything rushed and I love the synth work in it! You've got nice, hard driving beats to groove & move to, with nice breaks in between. I could definately listen to this a while! Speed down the interstate, ya know? LOL
