| One day youll want to buy the 300-400 dollar ones, so you will have wasted whatever money you spend now if it isnt the good stuff! |

| If you are going to be very active use flash memory, because I have a hardisk based one and it sucks for the active user... |

Winamp is absolutey free, and does everything you need to; best for MP3. Running it here now with extreme power speakers and never had any problems, except too much volume...and the wife and kids moaning about the state of affairs.... |
Duh, he meant a portable player...
Anyways, I just got myself a Creative Zen NX Xtra 30GB last week and I can't say I'm disappointed yet but I couldn't really tell its misadvantages since I've only had it for a while. It cost me €350 though. |

This is what I got. It's a Digitalway MPIO model FL100. It has 256MB of storage...expandable through flash memory cards. easy to navigate and you can set up folders. The main reason I got it is for going to the gym. It's very small. Comes with a laynard and a arm band. Only cost 130 bucks and I couldn't be more happy with my purchase. |
