i put it on loud, and laid back....and for a minute i thought i was listen to a oakenfold essential mix from 1999, truly amazing work mate...got such an oakenfold feel to it, would love to open a set with this

I think you need to pick 4/4 kick or breaks and stick to it. The switching back and forth is, IMO, something that distracts from the rest of the song (which is magnificent btw). I think this song would sound fantastic if you killed the break and added all 4/4 kicks (maybe changing that 3:15-3:45 part for a more traditional trancey break). I also think this would be amazing as a breaks only tune, without any 4/4 kick at all.
I really think you should try both ways. Just listening to the first 45 seconds tells me that this would be a wicked track with just the 4/4 kick... I know everyone else seems to like the breaks, but please try a version with the kick too... it's really quite nice.
I also absolutely ADORE those little bell tones (I think they come in for the first time at 1:14 or so.) Are they just sine waves, or have you added some of the odd harmonics?
You have great compositional talent... this could easily be turned into something entirely orchestral as well...

This girl's voice sounds so sweet !!! :)
Maybe it's true about the kick which isn't strong enough but I don't think it spoils the track. One thing to add is that some sounds are a bit dry for me. For example this acid sound. Maybe some reverb would make it even better.But it's just a question of taste ;)
Anyway I really enjoyed listening to this tune!
