Shiet I saw you dude.
I was the guy who got Oceanlab - Satellite and Above & Beyond - Far From in Love signed
That mix of Delerium - Silence is Above & Beyond's new remix
The asian girl with white top and black pants was SO F**KING FINE!! She was so !@$#ing hot omg!!!!
The opening DJ trainwrecked once. Tony was actually not a very good dj. After 1.5 hours the songs started to suck. By 3am when it got good again, I had to go :[ We left @ 3:30
1-TranceClubHeaven RULES!!! $10 tix to the people who love the the most is showing love to the true fans. The venue is nice too, a lot of smoke and decent lights. Medium sized club, and overhead fans are very nice too. I found plenty of room too unlike Spundae parties. They DO allow glowsticks and the dress code is pretty slack. <3 :)
I was kinda disappointed that only Tony showed up, but I am NOT surprised at all. I mean, it costs a lot of $$$ to fly three guys from the UK to the USA, and promoters are shady ;P
When I walked in around 11:15, I heard Tiesto - Flihgt 643 then Whirlpool - Under The sun (solar stone remix) and Envio - Time to say Goodbye (original)
Song played by Tony (kinda in order)
First song was that song that they opened their essential set with.
Either
Thomas Newman - "Ghosts" (Decca)
Above & Beyond - "Troubles In The World"
Smith & Pledger - Connected (Vocal mix) ^_____^ !!!!
Some weird remix of "Ferry Corsten - Punk" and "Rock Your Body Rock"
Above & Beyodn - No one on Earth (Not sure what remix, maybe Smith & Pledger)
Super 8 - Alba
Delerium - Silence (ABove & Beyond's Remix)
Ronksi Speed - EOS
Coast to Coast - Searching (original)
Oceanlab - Sky Falls Down (AvB Remix) My friends wanted to go by this time around 3:20am
My friends car got broken into and had his cd deck stolen. His friend lost his keys and cell too (why the f**k would people steal keys)
I lost my necklace too. It's a piece of plastic/metal chain with the "me/I" character in Chinese. Hit me up if you found it :/ |

Anthony got shafted and was only allowed to play about a half hour set but what did you guys who got there early think about it? Definitely the highlight was Rico Suarez - TV Dinner, but what else do you guys think? Any other comments?
I thought Tony was an awesome guy ... if you were there at any point of the night you probably saw me, i was the kid walking around with the video camera taping the show ... it should be available within the next few days on .net once we edit it and all that good stuff. Yeah, once it's posted we'll start a new thread to let everyone know whats up.
But seriously, leave your thoughts about Anthony's set, if we get enough good feedback its possible he could have a shot at a residency there ... which would be a definite plus for all of the trance heads in the LA area since he always has the newest tracks around the same time AVB PVD and AnB get them. |

The only complaint, I was supposed to be on the $10 guestlist but I wasn't... :( Oh well, I ended up paying $25 but it was worth it.
Anyhow, I got there right after midnight and I think ROCK YOUR BODY was on... I was outside and I heard the whole crowd chant to that song... The opening DJ was not my taste... He was a little bit too on the border of Hard Trance / Hard House. When A&B went on, he started kinda mellow, but then towards 2:30am he got really good... I left right after Silence.... That song kicks ass!!! But honestly, I still like the original or Tiesto remix of it better. I did get his autograph thanks to Michelle...
Nice meeting several of you last night.
Curly... Hey, that CD I gave, was literary 2 hours old. I had just finished playing at some party and I got recorded. Right before I left the party ,they gave me the CD. I dunno, its all ruff, live, raw, and uncensored!!!! LOL... I know it's not perfect, but it's all live.... Oh, I dunno about the HUGE trainwreck on that CD... lol.. Oh well....
:haha: |

Great night last night. Above & Beyond started things off kind of chill, but then it got crazy. My most memorable moments of the night was when I heard lethal industry, silence, and rock your body.
I met some TA's like project c, dj gt, dj skyhigh, anthony ross & his roommate and some guy named Michael from UCSD.
I was the asian dude with a gray t-shirt and I was with this mexican guy wearing a black polo.
We were gonna try to find some more TA's, but we were hammered and the place got packed, so we said **** it.
Hope to meet some of the other TA's soon. |

Had an awesome time at Heaven last night.
My highlight of the night was when I shook Tony's hand and told him I'm a huge fan of his- He replied "thank you very much, I'm glad you liked our music"
Awesome guy- I wish I could've brought some of my CD's for him to sign.
Song by A&B (well at least what I remember)
1.Above and Beyond - No One On Earth (Original Mix)
2.Delerium feat. Sarah Mclachlan - Silence (Above & Beyond Remix)
3.Oceanlab - Sky Falls Down (AvB Remix)
4.PPK - Resurrection (never heard this mix before)
5.Nitromethane - Time To Die
And the best tune of the night
6.White Room - White Room
And I think I heard -Yomanda - Sunshine (Hi Gate Remix)- Someone correct me if I'm wrong please :p
I would like to thank Leon for bringing world class talent like A&B to LA- thank you so much, we really appreciate your effort and dedication to bring us awesome DJ's.

First off, Tony McGuinness, of A&B was the one to play "No one on Earth" if am correct, not one of the opening dj's.
They should change the name of the club from Trance Club Heaven to Trance Club Asian. LOL!!!! Just kidding. Asian women are FINE!!!!!
On that note, xCxStylex, I know that asian girl you are talking about. She was smoking hot! What about those 2 chicks in skirts that were dancing up on stage? They were pretty cute too.
Speaking of those girls in the skirts...the one with the pink shirt...some tall white dude with a long sleeve black collared shirt came up to her and pulled her skirt down and then ran away. She didnt seem to care much since she was drunk. She laughed it off and pulled her skirt back up. She had quite a nice rear end. LOL. Well anyways, the dude came back and tried his luck a second time!!!! He wasn't able to pull her skirt down this time as she was able to hold onto it. She turned around and saw his face and then he took off running to the back of the club. The chick jumped off the stage and chased after him. One of the dudes that was on stage with her went after the guy too. I couldn't afford to miss out on this Trance Club Heaven drama so I ran to the back of the club to see the action. I caught quite an interesting verbal exchange that left the chick crying and the dude laughing his ass off with his friend. What an that guy was!!!! I can't believe he didn't get kicked out of the club for that . The girl should have pressed charges against that fool. Maybe she could have come out of this whole thing with a new BMW. LOL. It was nice seeing her ass tho, so in a twisted way...it was cool that guy had the balls to do that .
Speaking of seeing asses...the go go dancer that was dancing on the left of the stage was in hot!!! I loved seeing her bend over. Now that was 'heaven'. LOL
I was kind of bored with Tony McGuiness at the beginning of his set but after an hour he really started to pick it up and I could not stop dancing my ass off! He played some great tracks. He used all cd-r's I believe. I am not too fond of dj's when they use only cd-r's...I prefer a combination of vinyl and cd's. It seemed like Tony did not know how to use the equipment very well and had to ask other people how to use it. I kept waiting for him to play "Satellite" but never got it. He teased me with "Sky falls down", after he played that I thought for sure he was going to play "Satellite" but no luck.
The 3 opening dj's were really good. I thought Anthony Ross played some awesome songs (I didn't know any of them tho). It just sucks that there was like nobody in the club when he was playing. It also seemed like he didn't get to play for very long. The next dj, I think his name was Larry, I thought he was ok. The stuff he played wasn't very original like Anthony Ross I thought. I like when dj's play some tracks that are in amazing but not well known. Larry mostly played the major choonz that everyone else in the world plays. LOL. He messed up a few times in mixing but quickly corrected the problems. More and more people were showing up as he was playing and he did a good job at getting the crowd hyped up for the next dj. I am not sure what the next guy's name was but I liked the songs he played. He played I think a remix of "Lethal Industry" and he also played "Rock Your Body Rock" which made everyone go crazy and throw their hands in the air and sing along with me included. This dj was really good at getting the crowd hyped up. It always tight when a dj can interact with the crowd well.
I was a bit disappointed we only got one guy from Above & Beyond but like someone else mentioned earlier, promoters are shady like that. I was still satisfied, except sad I didn't get to hear "Satellite", which was the reason why I drove down from Santa Barbara to see A&B.
DJ Woody, thanks for the cd. I will listen to it when I get a chance. I am sure it is a bad ass mix, with trainwreck and all. LOL. It was nice talking to you. See ya around soon hopefully. Take care brotha.
Michelle, I luv ya girl! It was good seeing you. The pics we took together were awesome. You have to send me them!!!! I hope to see ya soon. Dont forget my autographed Sasha cd next time tho! LOL. I'll bring your Bedrock Breaks: Meat Katie cd too.
DJ Anthony Ross, I should have introduced myself to you but I didn't think you would have remembered me from the board. I really liked the songs you played in your opening set. Good luck on landing a residency at TCH!
DJ E-s*it, I saw you go up on stage and get your record signed. That was cool. You got it signed by one of the opening dj's...I hope you didn't think he was part of Above & Beyond. LOL. I was standing near you towards the end of the night on the right side of the stage.
I think Trance Club Heaven was awesome. I quickly got inside the club. Can't complain with the $10 tranceaddict.com member discount. I drank a few beers...and I don't drink AT ALL. I got a nice buzz going. There were a few things I didn't like....The treble was up way too high and I felt like my ears were bleeding for most of the night. The sound was piercing. The bass felt good...I could feel the vibration from the floor on my feet and go up my legs. Good . Sucks that clubs can get away with charging $3+ for water. Nigga was thirsty. I didn't like how there were a nonstop flow of people going onto the stage and distracting the dj. Let him do his thang!!!! WTF. It seemed like anyone could go on stage as they wish. As I said before, I was disapointed we only got one member from Above & Beyond and not all 3, but whatever. He still rocked the house. I was upset with the fact that security was not able to catch the guy that pulled that chick's skirt down and kick him out of the club. I didn't like how we got 2 go go dancers, one was really hot and one was just average and nothing special. She had a great camel toe tho, so that made up for it. I hate how just when you have a nice position on the floor where you can see all the hot chicks and see the action on stage...dumbasses always come and stand in frnot of you and obstruct your view and when you go to move to the side, they happen to move to the side as well, continuing to block your view. Bitches. The club, dancefloor, lighting, smoke, and atmosphere was really nice. I would definitely go back to this club. I am going to go back when Ronski Speed hits the decks. Hopefully we can get that $10 price again. |

the chick on the stage with the black and red school girl skirt is my friend Desire. Oh man, I love her accent... I think she's from London. She was dancing with the girl that got her skirt pulled down...
