Fraud from Seller on Forum - Please Read!

Maybe someone can help me...
I purchased $200 worth of records from seller "Stacey-L" on June 28 and the seller told me they were shipped media mail form Davis, California on the 30th, but would never give me a tracking #. As of today it has been 9 working days and still no records have been received. When I try to look up the sellers address info. in the yellow pages online no record exist, but my check has been cleared that I sent the seller. At this point the seller does not respond to my pms.
I just wanted to know if anybody has had any experience with this seller or could help me in some way with this, and wanted to put up a red flag so that others are not ripped off here.
I have posted this in the For Sale forum, but just wanted to get the word out. |

Trust me, 9 working days is nothing, you wil gt your records.
Currently i have been waiting 3 months to recieve DVD's from the US and i've been waiting a month to recieve records i bought off here from the UK. But i know i will eventually recieve them, you just have to be patient.
I have probably made about 100 transactions both through Ebay and priately and i have NEVER come across a fraudulent seller. I think you should wait at least a month before making these allegations. |

Point understood, however. I live in St. Louis and it does not take, usually, 9 working days to receive a package shipped media mail from Ca. I used to work in a shipping department, so I'm a little familiar with how long it should take to get here.
My intent is not to make a false allegation and believe me I want them to arrive, but not to provide a tracking #, stop responding to pms, and the address not to appear in the online yellow pages just seems a bit odd and causes me to question.
Hopefully, this is all for naught and I can eventually say they arrive, but I wanted to make people aware of the seller and see if anyone else had a similar experience. |

| Media Mail takes a good 7-14 workin days to get to u.. anywhere in the US.. 9days is nothin, wait a bit more IMO.. |

Mortyman, I plan on replying to this thread if/when I receive the records. If you don't mind me asking though what address did she have you send it to? She told me to send it to her husband at this address:

As I have said, when you look up that name in the online yellow pages nothing comes up. I would be curious to hear back from you if you receive your order. Maybe you could pm me if you don't mind.

| I know Shehryar Qamar (if it is truly is Spective, dunno), tho he is the only shehryar from california that I know. If it is, be patient, the guy is a busy man who eventually gets to things, if it is ol spective, then wait and don't worry, he is an upstanding guy, I've never had a problem with him. |

give it time.
Spective is amazingly SLOW with sending the records. And he is great at overcharging and not replying to emails/PM's.
He charged me 50 bucks for shipping, and when i got the box.. it was in crap shape and the tag only had a charge of 9 something on it...and it took nearly 4 weeks to get to my door. be patient tho... |
