yea i'll be going to this one. only bad trip is my car overheats easily these days, and insomniac events always have their events so ING far. im gonna have 3 girls in the car too, hopefully my car will come back safely. my cars a warrior!:D anyways, it's gonna be chills, i'll be firing up a joint on the way, drop a pill there while listening to hybrid, and on the way light another fatty!

I know it may seem like this bloke's had it, but let me be coin a phrase and tell you look's can be deceiving.
I just saw Oakie in July in Dallas and he *killed* the place. He had the crowd of about 3000 by the balls in a way that I thought he'd forgotten how to do after he met U2. Great mixes, great selections. An ebb and flow that let you catch your breath just enough, then kicked you to the ground once more. Not the commercial phluff I feared at all. I thought I was going to have a heart attack by the time Traffic spun, then I did. If he does the same damn mix in CA and doesn't change a thing, be ready to blow up. |
