i will say that foreign countries as a whole more well educated in the us then we are in their countries, but its a little much to typecast us all into that category especially those that are apart of an international forum such as TA.

i know, and i didnt start this thread and i would expect people on this forum to alot more aware of international goings on in the world, and i have meet Americans who do know about foreign affairs and take an big interest in it, but the some Americans seem to be very blinkered in their views.

And I could probably go to the UK or France or Germany (or anywhere, for that matter) and find people who carry an interest in foreign affairs and also find people who don't know London from Singapore.

No-one in Australia drinks Fosters, in fact, you can't even buy it here.

Most Australians that I have met were polite and I got along with them well. I actually thought Aussies were pretty cool. Man was I stupid. I have seen the light. I really hadn't encountered too many Aussies I would have considered to be s. That is up until this past month. Bitch bitch bitch. You spend so much time bitching about Americans. You created a whole thread about it and posted some long boring post. Get over it. Go get drunk. You are so right to judge an ENTIRE country based on the people that you have encountered. All Americans are stupid. Hmm...based on your posts lately would it be safe to assume that all Aussies are rude, ignorant, alcoholic idiots? Evey country has its share of trash and you are Australia's fine example.

As Harold would say...

Carry on
Mr. Pink
"you dont look puerto rican....you're not brown and/or black"

"...........im white"

"yeah so you're not puerto rican"

 :wtf:

Shush you :p

Besides....most Australians don't even know what it tastes like because they don't sell it much there. I did not see it sold at a single place while I was in Sydney.

Of course, I also noticed that the only 2 American beers anyone sold in Sydney were Budweiser and MGD which are both not so good on the beer tastiness scale, so one can see how people would make ignorant assumptions about the overall quality of American beer.

There are literally thousands of breweries in the US, many of which are just regional and don't distribute more than about 500 miles from the home brewery. So people overseas will most likely never have tried them.

...and my point is made!

Most likely these American beers that you say "tastes like piss" are not as popular in America as you may think. ;)
