aight aight...lets settle this once and for all. what city has better trance? DC or NYC? i know both have been getting better for awhile...what do you think?

well in terms of closing times...nuddin beats nyc...but not if bloomberg gets his way that f0cker :whip: :whip: :whip:
anyways i havent been down to dc yet so i dont really know...
well actually i did go to GLOW once fo Tiesto and that was da shiet...but the venue was only okie...
but for BUZZ i hear its KILLA...the pics from NATION are amazing!!!! :D and esp wid the new GLOW at FUR...oh man |

that is a really good point about closing times lyss...NOWHERE beats nyc!
as much as i lovvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvve clubbing in nyc, i picked dc just because Glow used to have pretty consistent lineups with really good talent. i guess both are good...you must come check out glow tho! |

well the nitelife has def changed in nyc, as have the venues...im not TOO crazy about spirit (as compared to twilo), crobar IS good but i have to go more to see, avalon just PLAIN SUCKS ASS, and roxy i used to *heart* but is a lil bleh and hasnt been getting talent lately...im ready to see other venues...
but of course in my eyes Toronto scene and venues are a CLEAR #1. Hmm Ferry Corsten at GLOW Sept 4th OR Labour of Love the next day? Or mebbe both? keke what are you doing? :D |

| Damn this is a hard one. But im gonna have to say DC rules trance over NYC. I mean the only places that really bring in good Trance DJ's in NYC are Avalon and Roxy and I really don't like either club. Glow wasn't the greatest club in the world but the vibe there was the best ever and lets face it....they brought in the names and I always had a great time there. I would say NYC deff rules as far as house goes but as far as trance....the only time NYC impressed me was PVD @ SS this year. This is just my opinion so don't bash me.:whip: ;) |

There always something going through out the week
Most DJ Always pickout NY as there first place to go, theres has
been a so many DJ's up in New York lately

for the handful of times i've partied in dc i'd have to say one of the most best times "SINCE TWILO CLOSED" was Sasha @ Buzz..although it was overshadowed by a bad experience heading back to nyc the following morning plus alot of other ed up , i'd have to say the girls at buzz are great i managed to pick up chicks without even trying lols...but i dunno i think the disco biscuits skewed my vision as some of my friends were advising me...what i did notice about the old buzz was *being from nyc* we was looking around at people and everyone seemed so jolly and having fun and i thought to myself, damn me and my friends are the only ones with attitude here....you know that shady eye watching other people club tactic lols
all in all the old buzz @ nations was dope...my first and only experience there, then i went to glow for tiesto and i dunno =T sorry too exity for me...so u can see its all crisscrossed...i'd go with my vote for NYC only cuz u can get 2 hotdogs and a drink for $2.45 at any time of the day. |

Yeah I know back in my wanna be raver days at Nations I always had fun and it was such a friendly place when it was called Buzz ,I think we both have similiar club experinces a

| nyc definitely - most of my fave nights out ever have been at Twilo/Roxy etc. Only been clubbing in DC @ Glow, but it was kinda lame... |
