House Party, tomorrow nite - July 24th, 2004

Hey all NYTAs (and all TAs in general),
I'm having a house party this Saturday, July 24th at my house. It is also a birthday celebration for one of our peeps - hitokiri (Jay) - there will be beer - I am not sure how much I will be buying for the event (probably 5-7 cases), so it is also BYOB (and BYOL if u want to as well) - here is the DJing lineup:
In My Basement - Prog/Trance/Techno/Breaks:
Neolunaric (Leif) - 10 P.M. - 11 P.M. (Psytrance & Nice Prog Stuff)
Chris Luzz (sot) - 11 P.M. - 12:30 P.M. (Amazing Prog)
J Costas (James) - 12:30-2:00 (Techno & Trance)
Tae Seol (djtek) - 2-3:30 (the Godfather - that's all I got to say :toocool: :crazy: )
Jay (hitokiri) (and possibly Chris (st0w) & Dan (wallflower/partyhopper)) 3:30-Close (TRANCE)
2nd Floor - House/Hip Hop/R&B:
D Rock
Heddabombz

Party Time: around 9 P.M. to Close - at least for the music will probably be at around 7:00 Sunday morning - but who knows might go till later than that!!
House Info: 18 East Garfield Street, Merrick, N.Y. 11566
If you are coming from west - like Manhattan, Queens, Brooklyn, etc.:
For Driving: Get to Southern State Parkway going east - and get off at exit 24S - Merrick Avenue, Merrick. Once u get off at the exit stay on Merrick Avenue for about 4 traffic lights till you see intersection of Merrick Avenue and Camp Avenue - make the left at this intersection onto Camp Avenue, then make right onto 1st street on your right - Arms Avenue - try and park on Arms Avenue - my house is like right at end of Arms Avenue coz Arms Avenue empties out onto East Garfield Street - my house is one with a portico with wood beams holding portico up - looks real ghetto (in contractors :whip: )
For LIRR: get on Babylon line/branch (i know for sure you can get Babylon line from Jamaica station) and get off at Merrick station - I can pick ppl up once they get off at station or walk north from Train Station up Merrick Avenue - about 3-4 blocks from train station you will see a deli on right hand street side of Merrick Avenue called Sunshine Deli - keep walkin up Merrick Avenue till u see a 7-11 on your left side and a bank called Dime Savings Bank Of Williamsburgh on your right side - then make right onto East Garfield Street - my house will be 3rd house on right - remember this is only if walking from train station as East Garfield Street is a one way street that empties out onto Merrick Avenue

This house party is gonna be 100% free - but donations like $5-$10 are welcome - especially cause I just got the sound for the basement - and it is really nice sound.

You are my inspiration. I would of NEVER thought of that. 2 floors wow. Im thinking about this just for your psytrance Dj you got there. But again propz. Thats one hell of an idea. |

damn - Hybrid was awesome - Dani, they definitely picked it up a lot after you left - we couldn't stay much longer though after you left though - b/c Leif (neolunaric)has work today - anyway, yeah its a house party at my house - Leif will start the night in the basement hopefully with nice deep prog and psy and we will go from there - anyone and everyone from TA who wants to come please PM me or call my cell - 516-603-0556 - right now i am gonna go get my 6 hours o'sleep so leave a voicemail and i will get back to everyone.
