Now its illegal to have your pockets searched by the police!

Haha i wish that were allowed where im from..
one time i was stopped by S.W.A.T. team in puerto rico.... usually they dont pull peeps over, but it was midnight and i followed them 3 lights with my headlights off. I forgot to turn them on tee-hee
and they thought i was gonna kill them or something.
come out in a traingular shape position (3guys) with assault rifles and pistols pointed at me and my friend lol
i in my pants
and we had weed on us.... luckily they didnt pat us down!

You make a good point about being able to have illegal drugs on your pocket and getting away with it, butteh, you're not gonna enjoy the toxicating effects of them as long as they are in your pocket now are they? :p

It doesnt make having drugs on you easier. Are you so ignorant that you really think it will be no problem for crack smugglers to wear giggantic cargo pants because cops cant search pockets? Are you so ignorant that you think this pocket rule makes it like drugs are legal in canada? No, even when they were allowed to search pockets, they usually only did so if they had a reason to do so. They didnt just go around and say hey you look ed up, im gonna search your pockets. Now if they have reason to beleive you have drugs, they just take you in, And you get in a whole bunch of extra .
People rarely got charged with possesion before anyways. Cops dont care if you have pot. They care if you grow pot. Can you hide your hydroponics equipment in your pockets? No. You cant. This pocket thing makes no difference to cops, or to users.
Are you sure you actually live in canada? Because if you did i think you would know that having pot is no problem. Me and my friend were having some herbal refreshment, while waiting for a bus once, and a cop drove by. All he did was look at us and keep driving, they arent so stupid that they waste time with casual users. (unless they are purposly trying to make a point.) |

What if your pot closet was built into a giant cotton pocket? i mean, maybe theyd be able to search and seize, but maybe youd be able to be acquitted :P |

Hahah, yeah i know! All you have to do is say that your house is a giant pocket, in which your hydroponic equipment, and plants are stored. Thats fool proof. :rolleyes: |
