stolen turnturntables for sale

| I am about to buy a new turntable from some dude, and I wont put up the add, just for fear of and respect of the fact that he might be a TA, He's selling me this amazing package for, lets just say, 1000 - 1300 dollars. The package, MIGHT include, Technics 1210's MKII, a Technics 1200 mixer, Sony headphones, and 16 trance vinyls.....isnt that a bit...odd? I have a feeling something like that could be hot (stolen)..I dont know..should it be a big deal if it was stolen, I mean nothing can come of it right? I just need some..professional feedback:p :conf: |

Yea, like he said, even though its bad, and would really be ty for the guy who it was stolen from (if it was me, I'd destroy the world), but its gonna be sold either way, so why not grab the bargain yourself, but to tell you the truth, that price ain't that great, its good, but I've seen similar in the local bargain finder, infact I think I saw that EXACT setup not long ago....hang on I'll check.
EDIT: this is what I found in the bargain finder for Vancouver area.

| That's the average price of the package you're receiving, I wouldn't worry about them being stolen. Actually, you could do better if you shop around. |

meh, jump him anyway and take it, especially if it IS stolen, whats he gonna do, tell the cops somebody stole the he stole yesterday. |
