Anyone else watch this? He made Moore look like such a jackass.
Here's the quote of the evening: "Blind idealism is bad from either side". So true. |

Missed this, but I think it would've been interesting to watch. While I dont necessarily like O'Reily's politics, he is definitely well prepared for his shows, and asks usually has a decent variety of guests to talk about different issues.
As for Michael Moore, lets just keep it simple and say I thought Bowling for Columbine was great, but he is pompous and as hypocritical as every other human on this planet. |

| It proves that Michael Moore is a total jackass and knows nothing other than spoon feeding crap to people that hate bush. This is the 4th interview in recent months, where he has had his ass handed to him by someone doing an interview. He can never answer the tough questions, he hates O'Reilly and the same is in return. Apparently O'Reilly hated his movie so much, he left the selected screening like less than half way thru, runs into the 300 pound man and says he has to leave earlier because he had a press commitment, when the truth was, he hated the movie. |

to tell you the truth, i think michael moore is more of a propagandist (is that how you would spell it .. propaganda... add -ist) .. he's just there to stir up all the attention..
it was a funny movie, when he is chasing the senators around .. but still .. all he is doing is feeding everyone ideas .. probably some "governmental" move to get us to vote this november .. us "undecided" people ..
to tell u the truth, i am going to be unamerican and not vote at all .. i will just let the rich jackasses make the decision who's president..
  |

I think it's hilarious how Michael Moore talks all this about how corrupt the Bush administration is and how it's harming the people of America...
...when he's raking in money on these movies.
Rich. Fat. Bastard.
BAN HIM! |

The audacity of him to make money off his own film. But I agree he should have donated the profits to the Kerry Campaign. |

I thought the second half of the movie was OK, but there is not enough hard evidence in the movie to make it very believable.
Let me rephrase that: the 1st half of the movie doesn't have enough evidence. The 2nd half does a lot better in presenting facts and showing the truth clearly about Iraq.
Moore uses a lot of implied truths, innuendo and clever editing to insinuate that "such and such happened because of X", but we aren't really given much strong evidence.
It is also interesting to not that Moore does not deny that he is biased. He has openly said that the film is biased and his aim is to get Bush out of government. |

| i stand neutral in the position of michael moore, however what i do respect is his drive to get himself heard. he's done alot to speak his mind and offer his view. we do not necessarily have to agree or disagree with the guy, but he has invested his time and effort to say what he wanted to say...that is something some of us fail to do (including myself) i promote those who look to express their opinion...not with any value but with appreciation for their effort. |

| moore doesnt care about anything else but his views. if he has actually talked to soldiers who served in irak, and they told him things that go along with his views, ide listen, but most of it is garbage. |

| The reason you don't see O'Reilly getting his ass handed to him because he has the comfort of editing those things out. Fox claims to be "fair and balanced" but they are far from it. |

actually, one of Moore's conditions for the interview was that the tape not be edited, so... |
