Hahah, I thought you were just an idiot but you're something even worse.
This IS what the mods do. It's their ing job ffs. If you don't like them you can go find another board to post to... and I'm 100% certain you will not find a board with any less strict moderators (unless it's an unmoderated/complete bull board).
I don't always agree with the mods either but I don't whine and bitch like a little kid about their work. |

| Well yes I think that we should let arjen back. Perhaps you could up the counter between posts for just this part of the forums to maybe 5 minutes between each post. That may solve alot of the probs that some people here have a problem with. You can call this an emergency election. And those are held by people that want to recall a high ranking official or a choice of a high ranking official. So I reaffirm my vote for YES unbann arjen. |

5 minute counter between posts? wtf?
edit: I don't think anybody had a problem with arjen posting 40-odd links; merely the fact that he did it over 40-odd threads. I'm sure if he listed everything in a single thread (or even 5) there wouldn't be an issue. It's common sense.
For the record, I don't think arjen should be banned for this. But it looks like he's been in trouble for this kind of thing before and if so it's his own supidity that's caused it. |

may i remind you of the cause of this argument..? quick re-cap, a user was banned (again) for filling the first page with his threads within 15 minutes. give users too much (posting) power, and they take over everything :rolleyes:
and as for comparing us with hitler; a user has actually been banned in the past when comparing another user with hitler, so think yourself lucky you are dealing with a more leanient moderator in this instance. i'm sure you can think of more imaginative way of putting things...
spad: you are right in that if this was the first time he had done it, he most likely wouldn't have been banned. he would have recieved a warning pm from the moderator who banned him. but alas, no, he has not learnt his lesson, and so the saga continues... |
