Ok, Ideas for new NYTA Mod. Thread

| we gotta start making some changes.. feel free to throw your suggestions on this thread before we jump into anything. we'll try to sort the first step out on this thread, then make a new thread for nominees etc.. this is of course my persnal idea im thrown down as well. so lets see where this can take us.. oh, and for serious posters only that care about this situation. if this dont interst you one bit, please stay the away from this this thread. if you wanna flame, go ahead. you'll just be ignored and your fun unfortunately wont continue. aight. so whats the deals ?:p |

its cool, our thread are aimed for different things.. which is good. youre askin ppl if they want or if its necessary for a new nyta mod. my thread was to come up with ideas on who should be the nominees, who qualifies for them etc.. before we start proceeding. so its all good.:) |

i think he self resiged from NYTA.. i see him posting here and there on other sections of TA but NEVER on NYTA.. i think its irrelevant to the community of this board if the moderator doenst even post on it and the only thing to remind us hes a mod here is his name at the top. |

Heres my .02
I dont think we need a new mod/someone to replace Ian (Redeye)... although Ian isnt as active as he once was in here, he does check up on us. But I do think we need someone else, who is active in this forum to regulate it.
So to sum it up... getting rid of Ian = no. Adding an assistant to Ian = yes.
BTW, I do realize that no one said that their intentions was to get Ian fired, Im just clearing up any confusion on the situation that there might be with this. |

| Well I do notice he does his mod work in COR but he doesnt do it here so techically he wont be fire he will just be reassigned to the forums he actively posts in. |

im sorry vald but thats retarded.. what the is an 'assistant mod' ?...lol youre either a mod or youre not.. moderators for certain sections on TA are that for a reason.. cuz theyre on top of whats going on in that section and is available to communicate with them on a regular baisis.. |
