The guy from the dragon couple opened the new talent tent on Friday night at WEMF.. he's a nice guy and ppl were into his music.
Part of what made 'Raves' fun was the extra step people took to choose a crazy outfit.. not necessarily candy - but, it always added to the party when you saw someone decked out in original gear |

If anything, this is what I miss most about the scene, and hate about getting old and being more of a clubber than a raver.
I still have a few phat-pants though, and can out-dance most of ya :toothless |

It was good to see a whole bunch of Candy Kids at wemf. It balanced out all the Jungle and Break beat thugs (who, although kinda nuts, where also pretty chill)
Its never borring to watch candy ravers doin their thing. |

I think it's great.. They are simply making a statement. This is who they are and how they feel comfortable. I love seeing this form of dress... It makes one stand out..
and hey.... they've given us something to talk about ;) |

i love (candy) ravers. ever since the crackdown, only hullabaloo supports them. a dying breed indeed. i remember the masks with vicks smeared on the inside, pacifiers, the white gloves, the edible jewelry, the fuzzy clothing...
just be, right?
too bad we have such an evolution of smart alec trollers on this board. we are "intelligent" edm lovers now. we are past it. please...
