| She was probably going ape, like kids with "special needs" tend to from time to time. I probably would have zapped her, too. Cuffs or not, kids aren't afraid to bite or kick. Screw that. |

| Well, you know, "special needs" is a really big blanket, covering everything from ADHD to Autism to Down's Syndrome to the deaf. I'd have to hear more specifics... :| |

| Even though thats ed up, I think there must be more, since the first officer requested that backup brings one, it is sick to here this, but we don't know the full story, the girl could of been on angel dust, in which case I would sure as hell use one, I've seen vids and heard of small children picking up full grown adults and throwing them when on that , but its highly unlikely this little girl had that, and if it was a down syndrome kid, well for some reason, kids with that seem to be unusually strong. |

| I personally belive if the girl is kicking...calm her down, even with a tazer. I bet she won't be doing that crap again? So it hurts? no real damage a little time won't take care of. And on a related note...If people are stupid enough to run from the police i think it's justified to beat the crap out of them. Hell i would making me run for no damn reason after them? |
