WHEN IT COMES TO WORK, are you a leader or a follower? And i mean this literally: in other words, a manager wouldn't be considered a leader since he's following the owner. He could however, be considered an aspiring leader. You get the picture. Now stop being lazy and vote :)
Also, the 'leader, used to be follower' option doesn't apply to summer jobs and the like. So if you graduated and went on to open a law practice, but worked in McDonalds during the summers while studying, select the 'leader, always have been' option. |

i have my oen business and only 1 employee..and its me im CEO, sales, manufacturing and shipping haha..and ill never need any more people then myself unless i decide to open a firm but im not into it enough to do that |

| i do calculations and design air systems..part time however..full time i work construction..well dont work actual construction i prefab material..alot of drafting.. |

Time to be serious for a second here (yeah I know, it sucks...):
On the path of life mastery and maturation – one realizes (IMO) that there are right times to be a leader and right times to be a follower.
So – your poll in that respect is flawed – as it forces one to choose between one or the other – when true self-leadership is knowing when to be either, or.
