Clues:
Nothing being hit or struck
Nothing being tapped
May or may not be wet
Gravity is not necessary to make the noise
You could take it to the opera (but you may look stupid)
Nothing Hinging
Nothing needs to be plugged in
Nothing from the stationery cupboard
Not a bodily function
Only need one had
It is not organic
Could wear it as a hat (...or not)
Nothing to do with a comb
Or a crash helmet
Industrial and demestic
Indoor and outdoor
No adhesives were used
Made in a room without windows
