yeah unforunately, the trip has been planned for almost a year (it made me look forward to turning 30 instead of dreading it).
Though that is a sick lineup for Spundae (but I've seen JXL, G&D at least a few times each this year) and I would go if I was going to be in town - but me, SF, and holiday weekends don't mix very well. I need me some good weather!!! you'll have to take care of holding down Mezz w/o me ;)
Besides my eyes will be going :crazy: :crazy: :crazy: with all the eye candy in Vegas! |

RA died out when their dj got arrested. I don' thtink they got a good replacement.
and there are a couple o fscenes around here. There is soul kitchen every thurs, they usually get some good house djs, but it is usually too loungyish for me....theres a few dnb nights through the week. Vegasafter10.com will put on shows from time to time, I know one dude DJ Moe djs up at curve often. That place might ahve potential to get djs.
other than that, there is mah bedroom, spinning the greatest in everything from funky disco house, to trance. :wtf: |

| did i just see a response saying corsten is playing in LV? holy smokes! saw tiesto, pvd, oakie, zabiela and sandra collins this year in texas. missed corsten by 1 month. if i get to see him i may just cry. |

hell yes! the 2 guys i wanted to see live will be in vegas in oct (corsten and avb). freaking awesome! we'll have to hook up. i'm not there yet so i don't want to plan anything. but when i do get there, i'll start asking around for you guys.

Who else will you be there with? Some of my LA/OC peeps will be there as well, about 20 of us. If you see a white guy with black and metallic red pinstripe pants, black and red boa, black cowboy hat with a flame (most likely) and a flashy shirt, that's me! |

Oct 30, I have a cheap suite at Rio reserved, that could be a very fun Halloween!

| Any of you all go to Pimp-N-Ho in past years? How is the crowd? The music lineup looks good, but I don't want it to be 3000 guys and 500 girls :haha: |

I went last year and the year before.
Last year was at Orleans Arena too (they also had a night at Rain/Skin, but I skipped that. I generally don't like dealing with the line at Rain, and don't like the layout. It's much more fun in a big open arena...the outside at Skin can be cool).
The year before that it was only at Rain/Skin.
It's a lot of fun. I swear it. It's probably the only time you can hang out with a mix of trance-heads from LA and SD and a crowd of what would usually be pretentious people. The girls are friggin' phenomenal and you can guess how they dress. The ratios are actually pretty good. The reason being...it's a costume party, and girls love to dress up. Some guys are put off by that, and so the ratio is good. If you're a guy and you dress up (and this year it is mandatory, thank god)..you get a lot of attention, esp. from incredible looking women. Everyone is really at the same level, no typical vegas attitude.
And in my experience, Donalde Glaude and Christopher Lawrence absolutely destroy these parties. I can't say enough about 10,000
people in an Arena partying their ass off.
I'm from SF, gonna be there with like 20 good friends, all good people, and I'll probably run into several friends from LA who used to party with me at Spundae and Giant.
