one of the best sets I have ever heard - absolutely brilliant. Even better that he came back to nixter's house after to continue partying.. more details after some much need sleep.. :) |

I went there taking photos for RA, got to the door, wasn't on the list, and wasn't allowed in with my camera, regardless if I paid or not. I couldn't put it in a cloak room either. Alas I didn't end up inside @ all.

ahh what a crazy nite! unfortunately i missed a lot of dekays set cause i was at adam beyer but from what i heard it was going off! and was nice of mr dekay 2 come back and party with us ;)

what an absolutely insane night! MDK rocked the small crowd in with his distinct style and truly matched his production skills with his ability to dj. Numerous highlights throughout night, many of which we couldn't id as (he was telling us later on at Nixter's, yeah thats right peoples) that most of the material in his cd album was 80% unreleased, which in my mind made it all the more better. Dropped some of his recent stuff in the form of:
Higher thoughts
Behind secret boarders
Mic burns - See me fall (MDK and the proluctors mix)
and the masterpiece Madoka - Distant memories (Mdk mix).
if we thought the night couldn't get any better, boy we were wrong. Mathew Dekay ended up at Nixters place for some after party antics and boy did he have a laugh at the scatterness that was taking place!lol really cool and down to earth, enjoyed just chilling and having a chat with him and we also got to listen to alot of unreleased stuff including the track which he opened his set with and sent everyone into a frenzy. Was a great night indeed and will hopefully catch Mathew next year in Europe! |
