| Say that you're just chilling with your headphones on - can the music give you any intoxicating feeling? |

| I can't relate it to a drug-induced high, simply out of experience. But I do feel that extra level on a variety of edm. |

Yeah but only for a few seconds.
However cravings for music is far far stronger than getting drunk/high. :D |

far less than an intoxicant...alot more than a running high or from working out

I think after my first pill a door opened for me. Whenever I hear something really trippy or something I was listenting to when I was rolling I get that high feeling back. Its probably an andernaline rush that mimicas it in a way...butI like it :eyespop:
I also find that listenting to trance in ur headphones and watching a really trippy visulazation at the same time puts u in a state of trance and I find myself just staring at it for hours..just gone from this world. I find that trance or prog works best for this cos of its trippy nature (i mean..trance is called trance for a reason) |

Yep. I get a sudden chill, goosebumps all over, and this damned sweet feeling in my chest.
Like you said, nothing else matters at that point. |

I can kind of agree about the second part. but i sometimes have gotten just the taste (oh that bad, but addictive taste) of Exctasy. Same with mushrooms..i just gotten the tastes and feelings from both those drugs. but its a MUCH different feeling for me getting the "high" from music |

| Not much a high per se, but music has gotten me to feel a hell lot better on days where I was down and out. And that to me, is much better than a high. :) |

You're right. The andernaline rush is a result of the mental addictiveness. But whenever I get it I never find myself craving for E. It just get me worked up as . At first I didnt like it at all, but then I was like "hey..whats so bad about this rush?!". Of course it feels nothing like roolin (that whole intimate, out of body experience etc), but what I do find is that I can interpretate the music in the same way as I do on E and I alwasy get goosebumps and flashbacks to the raves.. |

no it cant give you an intoxicating effect. but yes it can give you a euphoric feeling and make your problems subside. it can also give you a rush, much like a stimulant. blah. :p
need a cheap alternative to ketamine? psychdelic trance and a really nice winamp visualization. you'll be gone for hours in your own zone. :D |
