Do U Take Vitamins? Which ones?

How many TA's remember to take theyre vitamins everyday. I have started taken vitamins on a regular basis now and I am felling overall healthier, and it does help you recover from partying on the weekends. I am almost overdosing cuz I am so hooked. Below I will tell u what I am taking and whats its good for.
People especially who dont eat right should try to take theyre vitamins everyday because you are not getting the necessary nutrients out of your food. I dont eat very healthy ;)
So far I now take
1 multivitamin - take 1 per day
1 vitamin c 100 mg -
helps prevent u from getting sick among other things
1 vitamin K (Not K Real vitamin K) in addition vitamin K cream
for under my eyes, helps people who bruise easily and have dark spots under theyre eyes.
1 vitamin E (Not E Real vitamin E)- good in you are trying to grow your hair and nails and have healthier skin etc.
Do you take any vitamins, if so what do you take and what are the benfits? |

| Vitamin B12. I started taking it because a psychic happend to tell my brother "your sister isn't feeling 100%, have her take vitamin B12" and at that time my anxiety was at its worst and I was depressed. I started taking it and after a week or so I was feeling instantly better... I didn't even know what it was for until like a month later! but i swear by it now :toothless |

| B12 is awesome! There is an even better one if u can find it. There is one called vitamin B complete that has all the B's in it :) |

Ok, you can do like in Crete, use olive or/and colza oil, eat fish, and drink one glass of red wine... |

I take 2 multivitamins everyday right before I eat dinner.
I don't take any other vitamins, I do drink a lot of protein shakes though :D |

I might have to start taking vitamins because of my depleted diet. Ever since I started dieting my appetite has shrunk drastically - which isnt a bad thing cause I used to overeat alot. My mom is really not liking it either, she says Ive lost so much weight that I look sick.
Im probably gonna need to start taking the B complex (I rarely eat fish and dont eat many greens) & vit E. |

| in the end, all the vitamin pills in the world won't make it any better. the BEST way is to just have a healthy diet and exercise.... of course i'm just bein a hypocrite anyways... :p |

You should be careful with Vitamin K & E. These two vitamins are fat-soluble which means that they are never released from the body (Via Urine...kidneys) only processed by the liver. Always remember KEAD (K, E, A, D) are all fat soluble, vitamins B&D are water-soluble so they do get released in the urine. My feelings on vitamins are simple. Take your once a day Daily Vitamin + eat your green veggies. Any more is kind of overdoing it. Think about it. All of this Gelatin that coats these vitamins builds up in the body. So try to stay away from them. Stick with Tablets, orally disintegrating tablets, or sub-lingual.
