Did anyone watch? What did you guys think?
It was pretty good I thought, nothing too wild though - but well done, the hip hop stars picked up some awesome style :D
Oh yeah another thing that I just totally loved - Avril Lavigne naminated under the best pop category :haha: :stongue: :haha: ah so sweet...:tongue3 |

I like an idiot watched it beginning to end...its like a annual ritual for me, I've watching the moonman awards since the eighties.
I thought its was boring as hell, as they really didnt have a regular standard style host. Chris Rock was my fave and didnt know why they didn't have Dave Chappelle hosting it rather than appearing a couple times. Good shock comedy would be far more entertaining than seeing Puff Daddy Diddys new "T" mohawk every five mins. |

It's just who's hot right now...but yeah there's nothing new really. I don't recall any madonna-britney-xtina type stunts from this time around... |

oh no, you caught on, you must be delt with, lol
if it seems like you always see the same faces, plus the few new ones, its true. Remember record companies get to push whats "hot" not the artists or public, and more often then not, they push established 'artists' who will bring in sales.
You think George Michaels has anything new to contribute to POP? NO, but he has a new album and the following mass media marketing.
Go soil yourself in a washroom somewhere else! leave the record shelves alone! |

| I'm surprised MTV would push voting to their audience. Their audience demographic is a very young one. Oldest person who probably watches the VMAs is like 28. We all know that younger voters tend to be more liberal. As a propaganda branch of a massive corporation.. Viacom... why? |
