Canadian DJ's not recieving orders from Chemical? (pg. 4)

I was, but then I was told that if there holding anything of mine, they would send a letter or something, I should probably check anyway. |

I made an order Friday and I receive it Wednesday !!
Montreal
So I thin k it was just because of the summer vacation the stupid border must have stop tranfering thing and now there trying to keep it up but they can't so our old order are stuck at the border ! |

Does the summer really get that busy?, hmm, I wonder what'll happen with the old orders, do you think they will still be sent out? from the import place that is. |

I had thought chemical records wasn't so good with my first order, I only got it after 38 days, I finally get my order and it's attached to my replay records order, stupid customs combined the 2 so I would have to pay customs fee, otherwise I wouldn't have had to :whip: and then the post office buggered everything up by putting my collection slip into another postbox turns out it had been there for nearly 2 weeks.
So then I order something else from chemical, and not one problem, I got my package in 5 days, that is freaken awsome cause the shipping is so cheap and I get them just as quick as from dancegrooves which are a little on the expensive side if you order only 1 or 2 records.
Only complaint is that I got an open package and someone took my chemical records sticker :wtf: . I hate this stupid postal system we have here. |

Nou, I'm pretty sure thats fine, it depends on the time you ordered them, and you never know, they could be behind a day or so. |

well... I FINALLY received 1 of 3 of the orders I placed with Chemical today....
Strangly it was the last order I made, not the first... and the packaging has some stickers on it that I will take a picture of later and post up...
Hopefully my other 2 show up aswell... :D |

I hope my records get here soon.
I placed my orginal order and they shipped it Aug 06. Just like a week ago I emailed them and told them I didn't recieve my package, so now I'm waiting for the replacement package.
I was really hoping to get my original order, as the replacement order is missing a few from the first. But something is better than nothing. |

This is totally different. With the Only-Djs thing we were all able to get paper work from the shipping company to take to Customs, so they could release them. Plus we were able to track those orders. With Chemical there is no tracking, there is no papers to get from a shipping company, and we don't know if these records even landed in Canada. The problems that happend with only-djs is that they changed shippers and their shipping partners in Canada were probably the worst company you can deal with. |

Well I'm glad to report that CR got in contact with me today and told me that they have sorted out there problems with the Canadian Customs, there were some security issues that resulted in the packages being returned to CR, but I have been told it has been sorted so should now be safe to order from CR and get your records in the normal amount of time.
If anybody orders soon and gets there order within the normal amount of time, could you please say so and maybe post where you lived and how long it took. |
