Canadian DJ's not recieving orders from Chemical? (pg. 5)

I've been waiting about a month+ for my Tiesto vinyl's....I'm going to e-mail them when I get home to see what's up.
Not impressed as a first time user to be honest. |

You'll probably get it soon. The Canadian custom workers had a strike a the beginning of last month and slowed deliveries down to 2 months.
I had the same problem. I had ordered stuff from Germany and the UK at the beginning of last month just when they decided to strike and I just received them all today.
So my suggestion is to hold tight for a bit, and if your ordered anything from outside the country, try to get express delivery with it like UPS for chemical. That way you'll get everything when you should. |

| I would say right now, try to avoid UPS at all costs. There is a labour dispute going on right now, and it sounds like the postal workers are destroying them on purpose. I just had a Christopher Lawrence promo sent to me and the package was clearly force folded and the records were in pieces. If you do some searching on the net, there are similar stories circulating, you should be able to find them. |

Ouch that sucks about your record, but just to let ppl know, UPS settled their contract yesterday. |

| Still not sure whether I should oreder again from Chemical, I only recieved one of the 3 orders I made, and I am pretty sure that was one of the replacements. I know DannyO has spoken to them and they told him they talked to Customs, but I don't really know what to think yet.. |

I ordered 5 records from Chemical mid September. At the beginning of this month I emailed them after not recieving anything yet. They said they'd send some more.
I recieved 4 of the records a week later and the 5th a few days after that. (sent out in 2 due to stock)
I never did hear what happened with the first order - They may have got it back as DannyO said.
I live in Southwestern Ontario, in Canada. |

I have no idea, I had to get credit for my last order that I place back in July or so, I gave it like 5 months to get here but never saw it, so got store credit and waited till after christmas to place another, I placed one on the 7th and one on the 10th, and I'm still waiting, I REALLY hope they get here, I can't find most the records I want anywhere else, and the local shops are crap, none of this is CRs fault though, its in Canadian Customs, they got me soo pissed right now, if I ever meet someone who is works for customs, I'm beating the out of them. |

| I am also waiting for an order I made on the 15th. God I hope it makes it here. I don't feel like dealing with having to wait for a replacement, and then when that doesn't show up either, having to go back and ask for a refund or credit(which is useless if orders can't make it to me). |
