Yeah but it's a bit stupid (no offense Astro). That's basically saying "Hmm, the crime rates are going up, so what can we do about it?? I know, lets just make everything legal!!". It doesn't really solve much. And if the government does regulate strictly (as would be required) then the "criminals" would just go underground and break the rules anyway. |
