| and all the lame swedes who went on about how Sweden would torch Canada, had to STFU today because they got HAMMERED and I mean HAMMERED by the Czechs, who I still cannot stand because of one lamer named Dominik Hasek, may he never play a full season again (probably won't). Poor Brett Hull, the crybaby behind the Nagano Hotel Room Trashing, the pathetic anti Canadian comments had a fit because he played horribly and got benched and since the team is doing better, he wants to please his huge ego by putting himself before the team, we knew you were always like that Brett, you homer. Then comes Mike Modano who is still bitter that his team lost when it counted in 2002, said we would have lost to Sweden in 2002 but he fails to point out that you cannot change history and Sweden lost to Belarus and we went on to beat the Yanks on their own soil. So I hope that Russia just plasters the Americans tonite and then we win tomorrow night and play the Czechs in Toronto on Saturday and then play for Gold and Win (I HOPE!) on Sunday. |

I talked alot of ....did not see Sweeden being crushed so easily in the return match against the Czechs. I dont think anyone did. Now I have to cheer for the canadian team because i dislike many of the players on the American squad.
And TTA, i thought you werent talking any until the finals were over :) |

| you canucks got screwed by having to play the Czecks ( if you win your game against slovakia) after coming off a huge win like that and playing so much better. hope you dont lose against them. GO USA. |

Yeah, the Czecks are a bit of a sleeper team, they came out hard the other day. But today Canada plays and they are gonna ruin the Slovaks :whip: :whip: :whip:

Woo! Finland found their way into the final! Tonight/morning whatever we'll see whether the opponent will be Canada or the Czech Republic..
Finland hasn't been this high in the rankings for a looooong time. |
