Actually you are wrong. There is a 2-disc version. I bought it from Amazon. The 2-disc version comes in a standard jewel case, and I believe the 3-disc version comes in the metal case. |
There are also 2 different editions of the 3-disc version, one is the standard "3/4-disc" jewel case and then the limited round tin box edition. |

records are released on many different labels around the world. Id&T will own licensing rights for the track in holland. Vandit will have rights over Germany, Austria & Switzerland. Maybe it will be signed to some other label for a release in america, for example. I dont know. There are only a few 'worldwide' labels, I think Perfecto definately used to be a worldwide label... so when something is signed to perfecto it wont be signed to anything else, unless Perfecto have signed it from another smaller label.
PvD never releases ANY of his reworks/edits etc... apart from the couple of strange things like agnelli & nelson & Starchaser... but the proper reworks that everyone will be wanting, Born Slippy, I Feel You etc.. wont ever be released. He does not own any rights to those records. He has tried to release Born Slippy on various different formats but hit a brick wall each time. Other things like I Feel You, its not in PvD's hands to release the track... It is down to the record label who own the record to actually approach him and try and get the track released, but this never happens. |
I seriously didnt know any of this . Thats interesting info.
Many Thanks |

You poor thing. Okay, you're posting in a thread about PvD's remix CD...which contains ten PvD remixes...meaning PvD remixed them.
You just might be wrong here. Or you need help conveying your point. |

It's pretty obvious he meant this has nothing to do with Vandit, nor has it actually been put together / compiled by Paul van Dyk; and not that the tracks on it are nothing to do with PvD. Stop being an arse. Looks like a few people here are having some trouble reading. Refer to Grimreaper's post. |

Yes but the guy he was responding to said he hoped PvD had done an amazing job, probably in reference to the production of the actual tracks and not putting together the compilation. |

how do you know what the he was on about? The guy say hopefully PvD has done an amazing job, now to me that means everything from the actual production to the selection and sequencing/mixing of the whole project. He did not narrow this down to any one part of the project. |

I don't know exactly what he was talking about, but it's fair to say that without PvD this cd would not exist. Therefore he had at least something to do with it. |

look
he remixed the tracks that are on the CD
He has nothing to do with the actual CD
its not that hard to grasp. Just keep reading this over and over. And until you 'get' it then shut up. |
