the most stupidist trance fan ive ever met (pg. 2)

Look, I think there's a fundamental point that should be made here:

It's one thing to talk about trance and EDM in general whether you know a lot or a little about it. I can't say I know everything about trance or whatever and that's fine, I can admit that.

But, if you meet or know someone who obviously has no clue about what their talking about but attempts to come off as if they do know what they're talking about, that's where I draw the line. There's no shame in admitting that you don't know some things that may be perceived as "common knowledge" (in relative terms) but just don't pretend like you know because chances are, you'll come out looking like the fool.

I think we all respect someone who can admit a folly or shortcoming rather than someone who tries to sound and act intelligent...

I've heard ridiculous stuff like, "Ohh, Beautiful Things? That's my favourite Tiësto song!" and "John '00' Fleming, I swear, he's a house DJ, right?" :haha:

You know what? im sick of people trying to stop ginos from liking dance music.

no one is trying to stop gino's from listenign to dance music. the only problem with them is the way they represent dance music in the community. its like when someone finds out that i listen to trance, they assume that im a gino. ;)

Chinaman...werd. Posers can be posers in private and I could really care less...when they start talking smack, that's another story.

This has nothing to do with being "elitest"...it's about some clown talking out of his ass. Maybe it was innocent enough...the guy might have just been trying to make friends...but I'd have politely corrected him so he could just chill out and stop trying to impress me ;)
