I wasn't familiar with that one, thanks. :) There's also a sort of "dance" mix of "Now We Are Free" on the additional Gladiator OST by Hans Zimmer and Lisa Gerard themselves.

To be honest, all of the remixes and remakes aren't even in the same league as the original. Don't get me wrong, they have destroyed dancefloors and i love them, but the original is just brilliant. |

Was it in platoon? The original I mean, I havent' seen that movie in so long I don't remember. Alot of Vietnam movies had brilliant songs though, Apocalypse Now (ultimate classic cinematic moment), Full Metal Jacket, (Mickey Mouse, lol, Paint it black).
Just wondering, but does anyone know the name/composer of the main Requiem For a dream song? The one that plays at the end when everyone is getting all ed up and destroying their lives forever and the tears start to really flow. I would really like to know, thanks.

Yeah, Barber's "Adagio For Strings" was in Platoon. Quite frankly, it spooked me because you have this serene, lush piece of music... and then the shots start ringing out. That spooked me the first time.

Yes! :) Like I mentioned above, the composer of the Requiem For A Dream soundtrack is Clint Mansell. Who also did a fine job on "Pi" with those Amen breaks and ants.
