| hey people. anyone up for this? im thinking about it, only problem is that it finisheds at 3am so god knows what im gona do for 2 hours waitin for the tubes to start workin again. and its on a thursday which is a bit of a random day :S anyone up for this anyway? |

One added benefit of such randomness......... its likely you may actually be able to breath AND move in the club for once!! Everytime ive been to Turnmills its been like clubbing in a sardine tin!

Take the next day off work, either legitimately or otherwise. ;)
I'm really looking forward to this. Saw A&B DJ at BiggerBetterLouder recently and was very impressed. Looks like a UK debut for Super8 as well which should be interesting.
Would be good to meet some fellow TA's there if any of you make it. :D |

I should be there. This will probably be my first party in London! I can't believe Anjunabeats plays parties like this on a Thursday. That NEVER happens in New York...

| to their credit, above and beyond used to be fantastic. their anjunabeats volume 1 is a class release. tho within the last year theyve done abit downhill, and not as good as they once were. |

yeah agreed they are a bit e now, sets are really light imo

agreed, Anjuna volume 1 was great, now theres more stuff from guys like smith & pledger & songs like no one on earth which don't have the sheer quality of the earlier releases imho |

I know, and from a Dj's point of view Anjunabeats used to be one of the most consistent labels around, until they signed Velvet Morning and they've gone downhill ever since... still some quality stuff.
Back on topic, I'm not gonna go, too far. I'd probably consider seeing A&B if they played up here.. |

Just in from a party in our Central Park (equivalent to your Hyde park) with Tiesto. It cost around 24 pounds. The music was OK (nothing special) but the vibe was surreal. Nothing like dancing around in the park to make you feel 1 with nature! |

I have a flier here in front of me and standard entrance is £4. You could try and get on the guestlist but given how cheap it is, it hardly seems worth it. So, even though the concensus seems to be that Anjuna have let their standards drop, you're basically paying £4 for a quality six-hour trance party. :)
Some friends of mine went to another recent Anjunabeats party at Turnmills and said it was a great night out. I'm definitely up for it. :D
As for when to arrive, just get there when you want. It shouldn't get *too* crowded given it's a midweek night, although I'm sure it'll be pretty busy. I'll get there early but that's because I like to see as many different DJ's as I can. :D |

always been wondering why it has to be on such a random day.
planned to make it to the next AnjunaNight (which is actually this one now) but since its on a thursday :(
and it doesnt really make sense to travel to a party which already ends at 3am |
