Travel Information:
The info I'm about to provide is what us "Creamers" did back in early Sept. Essentially, everything works best in GROUPS OF FOUR (4) [Hotel & rental car wise]
Expect to spend at least $200 for the weekend (not including your ticket)
Link to Hotel:
http://www.hotel-montreal.net/motel.../our_rates.html
- Right by the Bell Centre, 20 second walk away
- Central station is about 2 blocks away, you are in DOWNTOWN MTL
- Very easy to get to from highway (20 --> 720)
- Parking available @ the Hotel, $7 / day
- FREE Continental Breakfast!!!
- It's $80 / night for 2 double beds ($20 / person!!! WOW  )
- Check in is 3:00pm, Check out is 12:00pm
- It's not luxury, but if you need a place to crash, this is it!
Train (VIA) (Travel time: anywhere from 4.5 - 5 hrs)
http://www.viarail.ca/en_index.html?rese
Hopefully you have an ISIC card, this will cut $50 from the fare.
- With an ISIC it's $150 (TO - MTL & back)
- And without ($200 approx  ).
- You can get ISICs at STA Travel locations or if you're in Univ, ask your Student Gov't Body.
- There is an express train leaving TO @ 17:00, arriving 20:59 in MTL (4 hrs!!! <-- Super schnell!)
Car
http://www.enterprise.com/
- Takes usually 5+ hours to get there BUT expect traffic delays leaving TO and going into MTL. (Weather will prolly be a factor too)
- If you rent w/ 4 ppl, it'll work out to approximately $100 / person (includes gas, kms, insurance and a decent vehicle)
- Car rental prices vary, we used Enterprise and the final tally w/o gas was $285, I spent $80 on gas for the entire trip [(285 + 80) / 4 = $90/person]
Bus
- I have no idea, it's much cheaper than renting a car and the train, but it'll take over 6 hours, guaranteed. This is PURE econo class! ;)
That's it for now, I'll add more stuff if I forgot to post it here. If you have any other questions, please PM me.
Thanks,
Chinaman

I highly recommend that anyone that can afford to make it to Montréal to see Tiësto @ the Bell Centre, DO IT! Even though he's going to be at the Docks here, you can bet your bottom dollar it's going to be RAMMED there on the Saturday.
I'd be kinda surprised if Tiësto could bring in as many people as Cream did; which is a good thing BTW... You'll have some space to move.
Many of you have seen the pictures of Cream so this is your chance to experience what the hype is all about. :D

| Probly gonna do the event in Montreal right before swinging over to Toronto. Are you guys planning on seeing him twice in the same weekend? If not, is it really worth the trip? He'll probably play mostly the same music... |

Yah, he will play the same records but it's definetly worth the trip. If you do end up going to both, you'll see why 514 parties KICK ASS :D |
