"Raver clothes"? (pg. 4)

I'd say ignore what she said and forget about the whole raver clothes thing. I know I used to "candy" it when I first started raving four years ago, but now that I'm older, sober, and still lovin' trance I just wear whatever's comfortable. I usually just wear a tank top and some cargo pant's. Just be yourself and enjoy the music.

I love my Cyberdog clothes and fluffy boots BUT I would never ever say someone wasn't properly into the scene just because they dont dress cyber!! How ridiculous! I thought that was one of the great things about trance & EDM - it doesn't matter who you are or how you dress, its all about the music and the atmosphere!

If you've ever been to Gatecrasher you'll know that this isnt always true - a couple of years ago people would stare at you if you werent in cyber, and now they stare at you if you are. And it's not just with GC, this attitude is present in a lot of UK clubs.

Man, the UK. I'm going to go to a club in my overalls wearing a trucker hat.
