Define "Sketchy"

I keep coming across the word "sketchy" around these forums, anyone care to elaborate exactly what one means by it?

Sketchy is when someone who is/has come down from a high and is not all there.
Examples:
- The dont make sense when they talk,
- their attention span is about 2 seconds
- you think your sober but your body is still wacked (jittering)
I guess its the recovery time from partying. |

sketchy is as the person above said.
how a person is after the party if they have taken part in consuming illegal substances.
so you are having fun at the club but after the club and the music is gone, the sketchiness begins.
no necessarily a come down because you can still be high or do more stuff.
some people avoid being sketchy by going to sleep. |

most people avoid being sketchy by doing more drugs and wait til the next night over to pass out or worse...settle for sketchy sex. Aint nothing good about sketchy sex...:sadgreen: |

Sometimes when I use the term "Sketchy" I might mean an uneasy or strange feeling of a crowd/venue/situation
EXAMPLE: The crowd @ system soundbar on Friday night
