Just because that happens to be your opinion doesn't mean it's right. What do you base that outrageous claim on?
He might be the best when it comes to plain technical skill but when it comes to creativity he's probably the weakest. |

the least creative versus armin / ferry /tiesto? oh please :rolleyes: like i said, i reckon youve only been into electronic music for a short time.
PvD just did collaborations with Vega 4, and DJ Tommek, a well respected hip hop artist - whether you like the tracks or not, it still beats working with L Vee like armin. :haha: The ideas on reflections are really good, i just dont think they were put across as well as they should have been.
And historically PvD has done tracks with Bt, Carl Cox, Tilt etc.. these type of people WANTED to work with Paul van Dyk because of where he is coming from as an artist, you wouldnt get Carl Cox wanting to work with ferry corsten would you? :haha: These are the people in the business, and thats what they think. |

| I reckon Ferry wins it hands down. I'm sorry to go with the masses, but it's blatently obvious. Tiesto...the architypual trance name-drop. He's amazing at producing records, but i mean, his sound isn't really changing as much as ferry's. Although, he's arguably had the bigger tunes (Adagio my fave track of 2004, Suburban Train, traffic etc). Armin van Buuren, Mr Godskitchen. DJing....he's on another level, but his productions have hardly set the clubs on fire have they?....Blue fear aside, I really aint got into him all that much. Thts possibly down to my ignorance over his ability might i add. PvD? How many people have cried at peak time in a club when a DJ has caressed the cross fader onto For an Angel??! He runs ferry close, but I mean you must agree, after being the godfather of trance for so long, have his productions backed up his DJing ability and legend? I think not. And finally. Mr Ferry corsten. A career in producing spanning a decade. He's been behind some of the biggest bangers in dance music-Out of the blue (Under System F), Punk and more recently his sound has adapted to a very ear friendly bash to the senses with the likes of "Rock your body rock", "Sweet sorrow", and the excellent "its time". Yes i've agreed with 90% of you. But i've given evidence and credence to the masses...Ferry, ferry, ferry! |

Only heard Tiesto and Ferry Live.
Has to be Ferry for me...Love the banging productions and the set I witnessed was great even if it was mainly his own stuff.
PVD's got some crackin tracks too, aint heard anything of late tho.
AVB in all honesty is fairly new to me...can't say I'm fond of any of his tracks, a little to chilled out for me.
Tiesto...like some of his stuff, others just don't interest me. I love Adagio for strings, but then again, I loved Ferry's remix too. |

as convincing an argument as you? You talked about people crying when PvD played for an angel :haha: nice one, I rate PvD, but thats just plain dumb. Like i said, youre an obvious one minute wonder, Im not a 30 year old clubber, im only just older than you, but the difference is i have half a clue and you dont. Ive backed up what i said - Paul van Dyk is more diverse as an artist, even if you dont like him this is a simple fact, hes scored a film, have ferry, armin, tiesto done that? no |

eww.. how can any of u guys say that armin is the best producer out of those 4. i guess blue fear was an original sounding track... but that was like 4 years ago or something. the only armin track i've ever really liked is his remix of moogwai - viola...
my ranking would go like this...

Ferry
Tiesto
and
Armin.... far below. |
