`well it has only been 6 dayz, but that's a beautiful start to my non smoking adventure - I feel great :) just wanted to share my joy! I quit smoking last Thursday/Friday... I even went to Harvest Festival without having a cigarette, except there was that one time that I thought it was a J and took a drag! opps... but that shouldn't really count!
Well I hope it lasts - I pickled a stressful time for myself to quit but at least i won't have to go to the side of system EVER AGAIN! |

| Nice! Both my parents quit a few years back and people who quit always seem to say it was one of the greatest things they ever did. Nicotine is dangerous and tobacco companies are EVIL. NONE of the top executives at tobacco companies smoke. NONE OF THEM!!! |

| power to you brother, i've quit two months ago and so far its going good, i find myself having more energy, feeling healthier, and just all around better, however just remember, if you're ever tempted just keep reminding yourself why you quit, dont fall into social presures, and dont be afraid to change your life, cause smoking is more of a habbit than a physical addiction. |

Good Luck Dallas! It's been over ayear since I quit smoking of all types :) (crack was the hardest to break :whip: but i did it!)
