What are your worst experiences with remixes? Cases when the remix utterly ruined the original song?

I think the "vocalization" is worse thing than remixing even if lots of remixes shouldn't been made. When vocals are later added to an originally instrumental track, to reach a wider audience i guess.
Push - Strange World > Push - Strange World (Into The Sky)
Riva - Stringer > Riva feat. Dannii Minogue - Who Do You Love Now? (Stringer)
Beat Pusher - Murto > Beat Pusher feat. Miranda Brainsby - Saving Grace (Murto)
Plastic Boy - Live Another Life > Plastic Boy feat. Rozalla - Live Another Life
and oh so many others but as for bad remixes.. i could say these for example:
Solar Stone - Seven Cities (Armin van Buuren Remixes)
Three Drives - Greece 2000 (G&M Project Remix)
Echano - Nothing To Live For (Gareth "GTR" Emery Remix)
Allure - No More Tears (Butterfly Remix)
Age Of Love - The Age Of Love (Marc et Claude Remix)
Orkidea - Melancholy (Cor Fijneman Remix) |

there is the most god-awful cheesy vocal remake of robert miles - children being played on radio 1 at the moment.
it is sacriledge and i wish to kill whoever thought up the idea. |
