Even my powers have their limits :p

These scammers are unstoppable, unfortunately... I've had to stop using several email addresses because they got clogged with like this...

I got one of these type of emails too, it immediately went in my trash bin. I don't know how anyone got that email address though because only like 5-6 people know of it.

It's strange. At one point I had 2 emails, one of which I used only for highly important stuff and kept it a secret otherwise, and another that I used in public (messageboards etc.). Now, the public address never got a single spam but the private one got completely clogged with trash. I actually feel my ISP sold the address (with loads of others) to a spamming list...

I got Comcast last November. My parents are still (as sad as it is) signed-up for AOL, so they can keep getting their e-mail in that account. Not once has anybody used the Comcast e-mail account, as I'm the only one who knows the password. There's been spam pouring into it from the first day.

They use random-address generators. Then sooner or later one of the mails doesn't bounce back, and BOOM! Say hello to mr. Spam.
